Highland Deep Clean Services offer comprehensive cleaning and maintenance solutions for our commercial customers.  We have carried out work for several businesses throughout the Highlands ranging from hotels, restaurants and offices to shop fronts and garages.

It is our aim to make the process from first contact to job competion as simple as possible while causing minimal disruption to the client and their own customers. We are able to carry out any contracted works at a time that suits you. This can include evenings, weekends or overnight. Whatever we can do to minimize disruption to your business we will do our best to accommodate.

• Upon making contact our advisors will take some details regarding your requirements.
• A visit to the premises may be offered to discuss your needs (this is free and without obligation).
• Once we have sufficient detail a quote will be provided via email or written letter.
• If you would like to proceed following the quote we will require a contract to be signed.  This details all agreed works along with our Terms and Conditions.
• Our contracted tasks will then be carried out on the dates and times that have been mutually agreed.
• Upon completion of our duties we will verify that you are happy that we have met the terms of the obligations of the contract before 'signing off'.
• Payment will then be expected within fourteen days unless otherwise arranged. Full details of this are included within the contract.
