Our staff will always be upfront and honest with you, that is our promise!

When you contact us we will discuss the work you wish to have done.  This could involve a home/business visit (at no cost) in order for our cleaning specialist to assess the job as accurately as possible.

We will agree with you any work that may need carried out and the full cost upfront so there are no hidden surprises.  We will also give you an approximate time scale for when the work will be completed.  In addition to this we are legally required to offer you a '7 day cooling off' period in which you are within your rights to decline the work.  We obviously hope that won't happen but we recognise that financial circumstances can change for people.  If you would like the work completed sooner you are welcome to let us know and we will ask you to sign a waiver authorising us to complete the contract prior to the seven day period.

We will never try to sell you services that are neither requested nor required. We understand that 'pressure selling' is uncomfortable for the customer and poor business practice.
