TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- This offer is only available to our residential customers only and will not be made available for commercial premises.
- Offer is provided on basis of rooms being of 'average' size or smaller. This will be at our discretion.
- Stairs are excluded from this offer and may not be included as either of the qualifying rooms.
- Highland Deep Clean Services reserve the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time.

This promotion is made available at the sole discretion of Highland Deep Clean Services and may be revoked at any time. Customers who have qualified for the offer will have the agreement honoured proivded they have met the requirememts in full.
Travelling costs are not included in this promotional offer and customers may incur an additional charge.
Carpets must be within our definition of medium or less in order to qualify for the offer. This is based on what Highland Deep Clean Services feel are average sizes for the properties throughout the area.
This offer may not be redeemed in conjunction with any other promotions or offers provided by Highland Deep Clean Services.
Stairways are exempt from this offer
The 'second room' refers to the smaller of the two carpets when redeeming this offer. This will be decided at the sole discretion of our staff.
This offer is not available to our commercial customers at this time and may only be applied to residential properties.
