Terms and Conditions
All reference using the terms 'we', 'our' or 'us', unless otherwise stated is in regard to 'Highland Deep Clean Services Ltd'. The terms 'you' or 'your' unless otherwise stated refers to the client who contracted 'us' to undertake the 'work' and will ultimately be responsible for full payment of invoices. 'Work' or 'job' are shorthand terms to amalgamate the tasks outlined above and specifies all agreed duties to be completed by 'us'. The use of 'standard home' is what 'we' feel to be a normal sized property for its specification. This will be based on the average home size in and around the Inverness area. We may also use the term 'Non-standard' to reflect when this is not the case. 'Deep cleaning' refers to our work practices and tools/chemicals when attending a property. The equipment we use is specialized (commercial dry steam cleaning machinery, commercial carpet cleaning machinery and commercial high pressure washers) and allows a much more thorough clean by our staff. 'Working day(s)' refer to a standard Monday to Friday working week where-by a full 7 (seven) day week (Monday to Sunday) would only be considered 5 (five) working days.
When the property is occupied (e.g. tradesmen, customers, owners, staff) 'we' are not responsible for additional 'work' created and are under no obligation to re-clean previously completed 'work'.
'We' will only carry out 'work' as agreed by the client ('you') who contracted them. Should additional tasks be requested by home-owner (or anyone else with claim to the property) then it must be authorized either verbally or in writing from the 'you'.
The breakdown of cleaning tasks included in this document are 'our' contract of agreed 'work'. By hiring 'us', 'you' agree and accept that the above mentioned check-list will be deep cleaned and that the price quoted by 'us' in writing (via email or written letter) is both acceptable and agreed upon.
Upon completion of the 'work' by ourselves (Highland Deep Clean Services Ltd) a final invoice with 'our' fee will be sent to 'you' (via email but written copies are available) and must be settled in full within 14 (fourteen) working days.
We will send an invoice(s) to 'you' no later than 7 (seven) days after completion of the 'work'. The 14 (fourteen) day payment 'deadline' will be based on the date on the invoice(s), not the date it was received by 'you'.
'We' reserve the right to amend and alter both pricing structures and outlined tasks at any time. This will not effect existing contracts currently agreed upon.
'We' reserve the right to amend the final total for 'work' to be carried out by 'us' if the property is of a 'non-standard' size. Any adjustments in total cost will be agreed upon with 'you' prior to commencement of deep cleaning.
'We' reserve the right to take note and on occasion photograph any damage to the property or furnishings prior to commencement of 'work'. Should we compile a report of this nature it will be available to 'you' on request. Any photographs taken will be kept secure and confidential by us and retained for no more than 28 (twenty-eight) days. This is to protect 'us' from any liability issues that may arise following our 'work'.
Once a 'job' has been agreed between both parties we will require a contract to be signed and dated by 'you' stating that you have both read and agreed to the terms and conditions and accept the outline of 'work' 'we' will be carrying out on the stated address.
In the unlikely event of either 'you' or the home-owner being unhappy with any aspect of 'our' 'work' 'we' would require notification in writing within 28 (twenty-eight) days of 'job' completion. We will then aim to either acknowledge or refute the claims within 14 (fourteen) working days. Dependent on the issue if 'we' are liable then we will attempt to rectify the problem and find a reasonable and agreeable solution for the aggrieved party.
If payment of an invoice(s) is overdue 'we' reserve the right to pursue the outstanding amount in any reasonable way 'we' see fit. Should 'our' actions incur additional costs then this fee will be attached to the outstanding monies owing on 'your' bill and will also have to be paid. If there is a valid reason for payment of an invoice being overdue and we have been notified in advance we may be able to offer an extension on the deadline' for completion at no extra charge.
Treatment for a damaged area of carpet/hard floor is carried out at the owners risk. We will take the greatest care to prevent further damage but Highland Deep Clean Services Ltd. accept no responsibility for additional damage caused to the carpet/hard floor following an unsuccessful procedure.

50.00 Carpet Cleaning Package Promotions
We offer free coverage in the City of Inverness and surrounding areas up to but no greater than a fifteen mile radius from IV1 1AA
Customers out-with the free coverage area will be obligated to pay the travelling excess which is currently set at £0.80 per mile. Should this fee be declined then all liability for Highland Deep Clean Services Ltd to honour any and all promotional prizes will be considered terminated.
All promotional vouchers must be redeemed and work carried out no later than sixty (60) days following the announcement that you have received this prize. Any bookings or arrangements made after this period will be considered null and void and implied contracts of work will be terminated.
The Carpet Cleaning Package Prize can be redeemed alongside any additional contracted works. The value of £50.00 will be deducted from the total cost and will be displayed on any invoices you may receive.
All decisions are final and at the discretion of Highland Deep Clean Services Ltd.
Entries made after the closing date will not be considered.
