- To qualify for this offer grass cutting must be carried out at a frequency of no less that every four weeks continuously between April and October of 2019.
- The hot water extraction (carpet clean) can be redeemed for one room of no greater size than what we would judge to be 'average' and must be located within the property that grass cutting has been performed on.
- Highland Deep Clean Services Ltd. reserve the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time.

This promotion is made available at the sole discretion of Highland Deep Clean Services and can be revoked at any time. Customers who have qualified for the offer will have the agreement honoured proivded they have met the requirememts in full.
Customers must have grass cutting carried out at a frequency of no less than once every four weeks consecutively between April 2019 and October 2019 in order to qualify for a free hot water extraction clean.
Travelling costs are not included in this promotional offer and may incur an additional charge. If the customer is not prepared to pay any additonal costs that are not covered by the promotion Highland Deep Clean Services reserve the right to withdraw the offer immediately and will consider our contractual obligations to have been met in full.
This offer may not be redeemed in conjunction with any other promotions or offers provided by Highland Deep Clean Services.
Stairways are exempt from this offer.
Qualifying customers must redeem the hot water extraction portion of the promotion prior to the end of the year (December 31st 2019) unless otherwise agreed with Highland Deep Clean Services. Failure to meet this condition will result in any contractual obligations being redered null and void.
Carpets must be within our definition of medium to small in order to qualify for the hot water extraction clean. This is based on what Highland Deep Clean Services feel are average sizes for the properties throughout the area.
