Rental properties are an important source of income and we understand that owning and maintaining them is a business in itself. If you choose to use our services we will ensure that all work is completed in a timely manner and to the standards any business would expect.
It is important to us that you are happy with the work carried out and that you would consider us in any future endeavours. In order to achieve this we know that the results following a deep clean need to be clearly visible and of an extremely high standard.
Should you require work to be carried out we will inspect the property with you (if you are available) and agree in writing anything you wish to have done. We strive to advise you there and then as to the cost of the work but on some occasions this may not be possible. In this situation you will be notified within 24 hours of the inspection as to the full cost of the work that you wish to have carried out. You are also protected by the '7 day cooling off' period in compliance with contractual law should you wish to think things over.
If you are completely happy with the details of the contract then you have the option to have us start work sooner and all we ask is that you sign a waiver authorising us to do so. We will never force this decision on you through any selling techniques and only aim to make you aware of it as an option.
